Gut microbial variation in ICU septic patients

Disruption of gut microbiota correlated with various diseases. Previous researches have shown the alteration of gut microbiota for septic patients. However, whether the alteration correlated with the occurrence of septic shock remains unclear. This study aims to detect the patterns of gut microbial communities of ICU septic patients with and correlation with septic shock.
