Sex-specific neurotoxicity and transgenerational effects of an emerging pollutant, Tris(1,3-dichloro-2-propyl)phosphate (TDCIPP)

Tris(1,3-dichloroisopropyl)phosphate (TDCPP) is considered an emerging environmental contaminant in the aquatic ecosystem. Aquatic organisms, including fish, may be exposed to such contaminants during specific exposure windows or long-term across generations, with sex-dependent effects. The goal is to identify the neurotoxic effects of TDCPP on the brains of female and male adult marine medaka across three generations (F0 to F3).
