Parasynbiotics in Feline Atopic Skin Syndrome Intervention

This project investigates the potential of a parasynbiotic intervention using 1-Kestose and heat-killed Lactiplantibacillus plantarum FM8 in the treatment of feline atopic skin syndrome. Over the course of an 8-week study, significant improvement in symptoms was observed, highlighting the therapeutic potential of this combination. This research aims to contribute to advancing effective and safe treatment options for atopic dermatitis in cats.
