Transcriptome analysis of three phenotypes of Babu tea.

Babu tea was first produced in Wangmo County, Guizhou Province of China and has a long drinking history.Through observation and comparison of flowerorgan epigenetic properties of three phenotypes of Babu tea namely red flower purple bud , pink flower purple bud and white flower green bud , it was found that Babu tea should belong to Camellia Sect.Theopsis Coh. St.T.In this study, Illumina HiSeq technology was applied to analyze the three phenotypes of Babu tea.The results of this analysis provide experimental basis for discovery the key genes of Babu tea in anthocyanin synthesis.
