Supplementary data for <i>Acropora </i>cf. <i>tenuis</i> heat tolerance intraspecific variation microbiome study

We compared the prokaryotic microbiome between high thermotolerance and low thermotolerance Acropora cf. tenuis using short-term thermal stress experiment (29°C as the control and 33°C as the heated temperature). This study provides insights into the potential correlation of microbial indicator taxa in the community to the thermal resistance of <i>A.</i><i> </i>cf.<i> </i><i>tenuis.</i>
