A Multi-Layer Framework for Assessing AI-Generated Accessible EPUB 3 Publications: A Benchmark of Four Generative AI Systems_DATASET

This dataset contains the supporting materials for a study evaluating generative AI models for PDF-to-EPUB 3 conversion and accessible digital publishing. The study tested ChatGPT-5.5 High, Claude Sonnet 4.6/5, Microsoft Copilot, and Gemini 3.6 Flash using seven PDF documents with increasing conversion difficulty. The repository includes AI-generated EPUB outputs, reference or ideal EPUB files where available, source PDF files, and an Excel spreadsheet containing the evaluation results. This repository is intended to support transparency and reproducibility for the study.
