This dataset is primarily associated with the paper *Numerical simulation and experimental validation of Ti₀.₉₅Zr₀.₀₅Mn₀.₉Cr₀.₉V₀.₂ alloy in a metal hydride tank for high-density hydrogen storage*. Focusing on high-safety, low-pressure and high-density solid-state hydrogen storage devices for hydrogen refueling stations, this work investigates the thermal field distribution regularity during the hydrogen absorption and desorption process of the hydride reaction bed filled with Ti₀.₉₅Zr₀.₀₅Mn₀.₉Cr₀.₉V₀.₂ alloy, clarifies the intrinsic correlation between the dynamic variations of hydrogen absorption/desorption kinetic and thermodynamic parameters of Ti₀.₉₅Zr₀.₀₅Mn₀.₉Cr₀.₉V₀.₂ alloy and the heat and mass transfer properties of the hydride bed, establishes an energy and mass transfer model for the hydrogen absorption and desorption process of the high hydrogen storage density hydride bed, and verifies the model's reliability using a self-fabricated hydrogen storage test tank. The dataset mainly records experimental data including PCT curves and kinetic curves of Ti₀.₉₅Zr₀.₀₅Mn₀.₉Cr₀.₉V₀.₂ alloy, as well as temperature evolution curves of the hydrogen storage test tank, along with the simulation results of the COMSOL numerical simulation model established based on the self-fabricated hydrogen storage test tank. The total data volume is 19.8 M.
