Evaluation Data for an RSS-Based Bluetooth Radar Approach

Recently, a novel method was proposed to estimate the distance between a couple of wireless transceivers and a reflecting obstacle by analyzing the frequency dependence of the RSS. Although the resolution of this method is rather coarse for typical 2.4 GHz systems, a traffic monitoring system based on that novel approach has been successfully evaluatedin using solely off-the-shelf Bluetooth devices. This dataset has been recorded with the purpose of evaluating a novel Bluetooth Radar approach in a laboratory setup. The experimental setup, the used sensor devices, as well as the structure of the provided data files are described in the README.md file.
