Supporting data for "Energy Injection And Absorption In The Cosmic Dark Ages" [Phys.Rev.D 87 (2013) 12, 123513]

This record provides supporting data for the paper "Energy Injection And Absorption In The Cosmic Dark Ages" [Phys.Rev.D 87 (2013) 12, 123513], in .fits and .hdf format. Data files mapping energy injection to energy deposition for e+e- pairs and photons are stored as resultsgrid_elec.hdf (.fits) and resultsgrid_phot.hdf (.fits) respectively. See Section II and the Appendix of the paper for the details of these files' contents. The provided Mathematica notebook EnergyAbsorptionCalculator.nb reads in the .hdf files and performs the calculations in the paper. Some of the examples in the notebook require principal component files, constructed as in the paper "Searching for dark matter in the CMB: A compact parametrization of energy injection from new physics" [Phys. Rev. D 85, 043522]. For convenience, we have converted six of those principal component files to .hdf format and provided them here (these files have titles of the form 'epsilon*PCs.hdf').
