By comparative epigenomics, our study has revealed the critical role of m6A in prenatal skeletal muscle development. Overall design: To study the regualtion of m6A for prenatal myogenesis, we profile the 6 stages transcriptome-wide m6A of prenatal skeletal muscle in pig.
