Data and code from "Validation and analysis of 12,000 AI-driven CAR-T designs in the Bits to Binders competition"

This contains the data generated in the Bits to Binders protein design competition; associated with the manuscript "Validation and analysis of 12,000 AI-driven CAR-T designs in the Bits to Binders competition". This dataset contains experimental readouts from 12,000 AI-driven CD20-targeting protein binder designs that were validated in the context of CAR-T cells. This dataset also contains computational metrics computed from the sequences, and all code used in their analysis.
