This dataset is collected and generated by Ruili Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital via its Hospital Information System (HIS). It covers the outpatient diagnosis and medication data of the hospital, including all diagnosis and medication records of outpatient patients within the specified statistical period, as well as relevant information such as departments, diagnosis names, drug names, and quantities. This dataset can be used to analyze the requirements for standardized collection, storage and sharing of outpatient medication information, and provides standardized data support for public health-related work including medical quality control, medical insurance audit, and pharmacovigilance. Furthermore, it helps identify priority allocation updates for drug therapies related to high-prevalence diseases, as well as the procurement needs of relevant pharmaceutical supplies and consumables.
