资源简介:
We show the presence of de-differentiated fat (DFAT) cells in subcutaneous and visceral adipose depots under different dietary intervention conditions, whose transcriptomes resemble adipocytes with high differentiation potential and late-stage adipose stem and progenitor cells (ASPC). These data uncover the potential of adipocytes to undergo de-differentiation under regular physiological conditions and shed light on its role in life style change-induced weight loss and regain. DFAT cells and the major cell types in the white adipose tissue were collected under different dietary conditions and sent for sequencing, not only in vivo but also in vitro.
