Data for: Real-time tracking of protein unfolding with time-resolved X-ray solution scattering

This data is from a study, investigating the thermally induced unfolding of apomyoglobin.

Contained herein is processed X-ray scattering data. This is SAXS data for apomyoglobin at 50C and TRXSS difference data (10 ns to 600 µs) following a ca. 10C temperature jump. Also available is the code that was used to perform structural modeling of the scattering data using a genetic algorithm.
