Datasets, R scripts and full model selection tables

Datasets and R scripts for the following analyses:<br>(i) Predicting jackdaws' roost departure time relative to sunrise from the rate of change in calling intensity and the final calling intensity in the minute before departure, while also accounting for meteorological variables.<br>(ii) Predicting the proportion of roost members departing together from the same calling variables as above.<br>(iii) Testing the effect of playback experiments (jackdaw calling and a control made of wind noise) on roost departure time, plus supplementary analyses.<br>Full model selection tables are provided for (i) and (ii).<br>Data files for additional analyses are also provided, along with a README file to explain file headers and which analyses they each refer to.
