Identification of cell types in medial vestibular nucleus and their response to unilateral vestibular loss

We performed single-cell RNA-seq of mouse medial vestibular nucleus to reveal the cell diversity of this region. Overall design: Medial vestibular nucleus of mice in normal condition and acute vestibular loss were dissected for single-cell RNA-seq through Drop-seq technique.
