The transcription factor, α1ACT, acts through a microRNA network to regulate neurogenesis and cell death during neonatal cerebellar development

To investigate whether α1ACT acts through a microRNA network, we studied α1ACT-associated simultaneous miRNA:mRNA expression transcriptome profiles during cerebellar development in a context-dependent manner, using miRNA-seq paired with previously reported RNA-seq.为探究α1ACT是否通过微RNA（microRNA）网络发挥作用，本研究以情境依赖的方式，针对小脑发育进程中与α1ACT相关的miRNA与信使RNA（messenger RNA，mRNA）同步表达转录组图谱展开分析，并采用微RNA测序（miRNA-seq）与此前已报道的RNA测序（RNA-seq）联用的技术策略。
