Spatial transcriptome of muscle sample from the main electric organ of electric eel

To investigate the distribution and abundance of electrocytes, three 10-μm-thick sections from the main electric organ were sequenced. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of 3 sections. Spatial RNA-seq for muscles cells from the main electric organ of electric eel.
