资源简介:
Treg-deficient scurfy (SF) mice were fed with probiotic Limosilactobacillus reuteri DSM 17938 from d8 to d20 age of mice, daily, followed by isolation of CD4+T cells from the spleens of SF mice, defined as probiotic-modulated SF-CD4+T cells, to compare with SF-CD4+T cells from SF mice without probiotic treatment. We adoptively transferred these T cells to T- and B-absent RAG1KO mice by intraperitoneal (ip) injection, after 4 week post injection, RAG1KO mouse liver histology, macrophages and RNA sequencing were analyzed to evaluate the effect of probiotic-modulated CD4+T cells in liver inflammation, macrophages liver transcriptomes and stool microbiota in the immunocompromised mice.
