Centralia_multiyear_DNA_RNA

This is the processed data accompanying the seven year soil fire-affected, recovered, and reference soils over 7 years using amplicon sequencing of DNA and reverse transcribed RNA. We looked at the community structural dynamics and resilience of the communities to heat press disturbance. Included here are the post-processing data: <br> all_samples_16S_OTU.fasta: representative OTU sequences RNA_DNA_physeq.RDS: phyloseq object containing the OTU table, taxonomy table, phylogenetic tree, and metadata used in the analysis bNTI_R10K.txt: the output from the bNTI analysis RCbray_R10K.txt: the output from the RC-bray analysis HOBOxx-yy.xlsx: HOBO temperature monitor data for each year (xx = start year, yy = end year).
