Capsella bursa-pastoris is a cosmopolitan allopolyploid plant and a close relative to Arabidopsis thaliana. In order to obtain high-quality genome assembly we performed an assembly check using the data on segregation of markers in F2 populations derived from the cross of two polymorphic accessions - lel and wt3.4-msk. Overall design: plants of lel and wt3.4-msk accessions were crossed and leaves of F2 plants were collected (50 plants in total) and subjected to Illumina DNA sequencing. The first 20 plants out of 50 were presented at PRJNA352734 and the last 30 plants are available under this BioProject.
