The data and program of "Preliminary Study of Real-time Detection of Chicken Embryo Viability Using Photoplethysmography"

This compressed package contains three components of this research work: 1. Circuit design files, 2. Program files, and 3. Raw PPG signal data of chicken embryos. Among them, the circuit files are based on the Jialichuang EDA platform, the MCU control program is based on the Keil5 platform, and the data processing program is based on the MATLAB platform. Specific platforms are required to open the corresponding files.
