School-based dataset on spinal mobility, trunk function, and low back pain prevention in children
收藏资源简介:
This repository contains a structured dataset collected in schoolchildren to support research on spinal function and low back pain prevention. The dataset includes anthropometric measures, spinal mobility outcomes, movement speed variables, trunk extensor endurance, isometric strength measurements, and pain responses recorded during testing. It is designed to facilitate reuse in studies on pediatric musculoskeletal health, physical function, school-based screening, and preventive strategies for low back pain. Version 2 (corrected). This version removes seven non-participant rows exported from the source spreadsheet, restores participant 1 from the source records and sets 24 non-recoverable erroneous cells to missing (NA). All changes from version 1 are itemised in qc_log.csv. The file analysis_version_frontiers.csv reproduces the table analysed in a related article (manuscript under review) and is provided only for reproducibility; new analyses should use scientific_data_dataset_v2.csv. The dataset contains 226 participants and 34 variables.
