资源简介:
This study aims to uncover the molecular response mechanisms of Caucasian clover (Trifolium ambiguum) under cold stress, focusing on the dynamic changes in gene expression and metabolic regulation. By systematically analyzing gene co-expression networks (WGCNA) and the functional enrichment of key signaling pathways and metabolic processes, the research explores how plants adapt to cold environments through multi-level regulatory strategies. The core objective of this study is to identify key regulatory modules, core genes, and their roles in antioxidant defense and metabolic remodeling under cold stress, providing an in-depth molecular perspective on plant cold tolerance mechanisms. Understanding these molecular mechanisms is of significant theoretical and practical importance for improving cold tolerance in crops and enhancing agricultural productivity. Particularly, in the context of global climate change, exploring the molecular basis of cold-tolerant crops is crucial for improving their environmental adaptability and ensuring food security.
