Description of INSPIRE Download Service (predefined Atom): Water conditions according to grassland estimate (BFD5L) — For an overview and to obtain an overall impression of the soil estimate e.g. in a district, a classification is carried out according to soil type, type of formation and water conditions (3 map layers). This layer characterises the water conditions of the class sign in arable or grassland estimation. — The link(s) for downloading the records is/are generated dynamically from GetFeature requests to a WFS 1.1.0INSPIRE下载服务（预定义Atom）说明：基于草地估算的水文状况数据集（BFD5L）—— 为全面概览并整体把握某行政区内的土壤估算结果，需依据土壤类型、成土类型及水文状况开展分类，共生成3个地图图层。该图层用于表征耕地或草地估算中各类别标识对应的水文状况。下载数据记录的链接通过向网络要素服务（Web Feature Service, WFS）1.1.0发起GetFeature请求动态生成。
