Genome-Wide Analysis of the MADS-box Gene Family Involved in Salt and Waterlogging Tolerance in Barley (Hordeum Vulgare. L)

To investigate the salt and waterlogging mechanism of barley, we chose salt and waterlogging sensitive and tolerant varieties as subjects. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of two varieties at two three points.
