Most popular reasons to buy pet food online in Italy 2020, by gender

A survey conducted in July 2020 investigated what Italian customers feel were the most important reasons to shop online for pet food. The most popular advantages pointed out by respondents were the affordable prices and the time saving. There were not many significant differences in the answers with respect to the respondents' gender. However, female respondents appreciated the time saving aspect of pet food online shopping by nine percentage points more than males.
