资源简介:
Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) surveys were conducted using a Pulse Ekko Pro system, manufactured by Sensors and Software, with 500 megahertz (MHz) antennae. Surface common-offset measurements were collected using a trace spacing of 0.05 meter (m) and 16 stacks per trace. Transects were run over frozen soil in early June, 2010. Snow was removed to improve signal penetration. Based on common midpoint soundings, the velocity was 0.12 meters per nanosecond (m/ns) for the Old transects and 0.10 to 0.05 m/ns for the Young transects.
