Environmental, nutrient, and experimental data associated with Pontederia crassipes in the Ria de Aveiro system

This dataset compiles environmental and experimental data generated within the SmartBio project and complementary field surveys conducted in the Ria de Aveiro region (Portugal). The dataset includes: Water physicochemical parameters collected across the Ria de Aveiro aquatic system; Nutrient concentrations and physiological responses of Pontederia crassipes obtained after mesocosm experiments under different environmental conditions; Nutrient dynamics associated with Pontederia crassipes decomposition experiments; Processed data used for alluvial graphic analyses related to ecosystem services, disservices, and nutrient pathways.
