Significant KEGG pathways, biological processes (BP), molecular functions (MF), cellular component (CC) and structures inside proteins (INTERPRO) of differentially expressed genes (P value <0.05; FDR < 0.20) in the comparison of MAT or SAT fat depots between cows disregarding HIGH or CON diets. Flux represents the direction of each category and the corresponding subcategory (green color = inhibition, yellow color = stable, red color = activation with different color intensities according with the level of up-regulation or down-regulation). Blue bars denote the impact of each BP. Horizontal black lines represent the 50% of the maximum total impact cutoff applied for KEGG pathways or each GO Term. Figure S2.
