Sub-regionalized protein expression profiles from IBD-associated colonic 'punch biopsy' FFPE sections. Homo sapiens isolate:FFPE identifier

This project utilizes the Nanostring DSP technology to investigate protein expression profiles from colonic "punch biopsy" FFPE sections from individuals with inflammatory bowel disease or IBS diagnoses, or healthy controls. Expression data is obtained from three or four immuno-fluorescently labelled, intra-ROI sub-regions per ROI, with multiple ROIs samples per FFPE section. Intra-ROI sub-regions represent Tryptase, Pan-cytokeratin, or nuclear-only stained regions. Fluorescently barcode-labelled antibodies from a ~30-plex panel were used for protein expression.
