Replication Data for: Verifying ray tracing amplitude methods for global magnetospheric modeling

This dataset is for verification of energy conservation by a ray-tracing code and its output to a global mesh. The data is made up of ASCII files named in the format “verification_XXXXX_RT_mesh_rank000#.out”. “XXXXX” describes the parameters used for the run associated with the file, and “#” is the MPI processor rank which output the file. Each file is made up of a header and columns of data (for non-empty datasets) describing the wave properties in each mesh cell. Empty files with only a header are intended. Each run also includes a header file “verification_XXXXX_RT_mesh_header.out” which includes basic information about the antenna used to generate the waves, power input, and mesh properties.
