In this study, we aimed to investigate whether COVID-19 affects the fecal, vaginal, and oral microbiota of pregnant women suffering from the disease, and their offsprings oral and fecal microbiota. We performed microbiota profiling by16S rRNA gene sequencing of the V3-V4 variable regions.
