气象灾害预警数据集面向福建省及周边省市的气象部门、应急管理机构、保险公司、交通运输企业及农业种植户，用于灾害性天气的监测预警、风险评估、应急调度及灾后损失估算。数据来源于hugging face以及福建省气象局地面观测站、雷达拼图、卫星云图及乡镇自动站逐小时数据，所有数据已完成站点去标识化和时间聚合处理，不包含具体观测员信息或未公开的防灾部署细节。

This meteorological disaster early warning dataset is intended for meteorological departments, emergency management agencies, insurance companies, transportation enterprises and agricultural growers in Fujian Province and its adjacent provinces and cities. It is applied to the monitoring and early warning of disastrous weather, risk assessment, emergency dispatching and post-disaster loss estimation. The dataset is sourced from Hugging Face, as well as hourly data collected by surface observation stations, radar mosaics, satellite cloud images and town-level automatic weather stations of the Fujian Provincial Meteorological Bureau. All data have been processed through site de-identification and time aggregation, and do not include specific observer information or undisclosed disaster prevention deployment details.
