Root endophytic bacteria of Leonurus japonicus Raw sequence reads

Our research objectives are: (1) To investigate how plant development stages influence the composition and diversity of microbial communities and the prevalence of specific genera at different growth stages. (2) To examine microbial network differences between the NF (the seedling stage) and HF (the flowering stage) stages, in order to understand how L. japonicus selectively recruits and interacts with microbial partners at different stages of its life cycle. (3) To explore the role of environmental factors, such as soil enzyme activity and plant biomass, in shaping these microbial communities. These will lay a foundation for studying the complex dynamic interactions between L. japonicus and its rhizosphere and endophytic bacterial communities at different growth stages, as well as the impact of environmental factors on plant growth and development.
