Metagenomic profiling of sahiwal milk

This project includes 16s rRNA sequencing of sahiwal milk samples collected from two groups: Control (C1-C5) and Treatment (T1-T5), used to evaluate the effect of treatment intervention on subclinical mastitis amelioration. Milk microbiome profiles were generated using Oxford Nanopore sequencing and taxanomic classification was performed against the NCBI RefSeq 16S database. Raw FASTQ files for all samples are deposited under this project.
