RNA sequencing of clonal cell lines derived from mouse digit P3 fibroblasts

Here we present RNA sequencing data of 2 clonal cell lines (P3D8 and P3E3) treated with BMP2 and BMP9 to differentiate cartilage and control untreated clonal cells Each sample was prepared from three independent cultures. For chondrogenesis, cells were aggregated by BMP2 treatment in suspension culture then differentiated with BMP9. Control cells were cultured in monolayer.
