SMFS of the heterodimeric 4-heptad coiled coil A4B4 (shear geometry with Cys-A4 and B4-Cys)

This library contains the atomic force microscope (AFM)-based single-molecule force spectroscopy (SMFS) data for the <strong>coiled coil A4B4</strong>, measured in shear loading geometry. The dataset includes all measured force-extension curves without preselection for single rupture events (three independent measurements).
