Data and analysis files to characterize MINFLUX 3D imaging with DNA origami

The data and analysis files provided in this repository are to accompany a manuscript on MINFLUX imaging of DNA origami in 3D. This manuscript is yet to appear and a link will be provided once the related manuscript by Clowsley et al is eventually published. Associated software The files in this repository can be opened and processed using the open source software package python-microscopy environment (often abbreviated as PYME) and associated plugins in the PYME-extra package. Detailed information about installation and usage is found in the file SoftwareUseAndInstallation.
