GETV infection can cause fever, generalized rash, and leg edema in horses and is often associated with fetal death and reproductive disorders in pigs. However, There is a lack of effective treatment. We found that interferon gammar could inhibit the proliferation of GETV but the molecular mechanism has not been elicidated. Therefore, we want to study the mechanism of interferon gammar on suppression of Getah virus by trascriptome profiling.
