Session notes: Tilt series of intact R. eutropha cells from for 9hrs in minimal media. Tilt series notes: Perfect cell with two large and many small granules. Tomogram notes: Full cell intact, two large granules, three small granules, fiducials close to sample appear/disappear fine, fiducials further away split. Borders of large granules slightly more distinct than others. Reconstructed by Wesley.
