Transcriptomics of PBMC from women with PCOS

PCOS is a condition that affects a large proportion of women and is associated with impared fertility and metabolism. Here, we explore gene expression changes in these women using PBMC as marker cells. We obtained total RNA from peripheral blood mononuclear cells from control women and women with PCOS. We further divided each group based on the use of oral contraceptives.
