CausalPath pathway analysis of proteomics and phosphoproteomics data from uveal (ocular) melanoma cells treated with the G-alpha-q/11 inhibitor FR900359. MP41 and MP46 cells are driven by oncogenic G-alpha-q/11(Q209L); OCM-1A cells are driven by oncogenic BRAF(V600E). File decompresses to folder hierarchy of pre-run results ready for visualization on the CausalPath server: 1. Extract the archive on local storage.2. In the Chrome Browser, go to http://causalpath.cs.umb.edu and click on “View results from a previous analysis”.3. Select the root folder of the extracted archive and press “Upload”. Confirm upload.4. The list of networks is displayed on the left. Double-click one of them to visualize.
