Effect of loss of lymphocytes in Rag2-/- mice on gene expression of glial cells

To investigate the influence of peripheral lymphocytes on cells in the brain, we purified four major classes of brain cells and performed RNA sequencing from mice lacking lymphocytes Glial cells were purified from the cerebral cortex of adult Rag2-/- mice and their immune-competent littermates.为探究外周淋巴细胞对脑内细胞的影响，我们纯化了四类主要的脑细胞，并从淋巴细胞缺失型小鼠体内提取样本开展了RNA测序（RNA sequencing）。本研究所用的胶质细胞（Glial cells）取自成年Rag2基因缺陷型（Rag2-/-）小鼠及其免疫健全同窝仔鼠的大脑皮层。
