Based on the high-precision chronological sequence of drill cores from the Dajiuhu area, Shennongjia, China, a quantitative precipitation record for this region over the past 16,000 years has been reconstructed, providing a foundational basis for cross-validation of multi-proxy reconstructed records from different regions across China.
