We use multi-dimensional genomic analysis using mouse resistant BCCs to identify a non-canonical hedgehog activation pathway driven by the transcription factor, serum response factor (SRF). Overall design: RNA and whole exome sequencing of mouse sensitive and resistant basal cell carcinoma tumors. Additional samples include RNA-seq from ASZ001 resistant BCC cells treated with Vismodegib (Vismo), CCG-1423 (CCG), or vehicle control. Each treatmet contains triplicate samples sequenced using paired-end primers (2X75).
