Gene expression profiles of healthy individuals ascribed as Prakriti types based on principles of Ayurveda (TRIDOSHA) PBMCs were obtained from healthy individuals. RNA was extracted. Labeled cRNA was hybridized to Illumina Human HT-12 V4 Beadchips.
