Number of mutual legal assistance requests received by the MOJ of China 2014-2016

In 2016, the Ministry of Justice of China received a total of 301 mutual legal assistance (MLA) requests. There are several authorities in China eligible to deal with mutual legal assistance requests. While the Ministry of Justice of China is the leading central authority for accepting and transferring MLA requests, Ministry of Public Security, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Supreme Peoples’ Procuratorate also deal with MLA requests independently under certain circumstances.

2016年，中华人民共和国司法部共接收301项相互法律协助（MLA）请求。在中国，存在多个有权处理相互法律协助请求的机构。虽然中华人民共和国司法部作为接受和转递 MLA 请求的主要中央权威机构，但在特定情况下，公安部、外交部及最高人民检察院亦可独立处理 MLA 请求。
