Alviniconcha snails Genome sequencing and assembly

We assembled two chromosomal-level genomes (Alviniconcha marisindica collected from the Wocan field on the Carlsberg Ridge (CR) in the northern Indian Ocean and Alviniconcha adamantis collected from Suiyo Seamount vent field) using the ONT sequencing, Illumina sequencing and Hi-C sequencing. We also analyzed Alviniconca marisindica's transcriptome, proteome, and spatial transcriptome to investigate the coordination of gene expression and content among the genomes.
