Zewnątrzkomórkowe pułapki neutrofilowe (NET) jako czynnik regulujący właściwości skrzepu u pacjentów z sercem jednokomorowym po operacji metodą Fontana

Patients recruited at the John Paul II Krakow Specialist Hospital after the Fontan operation, hospitalized in the Department of General Hepatology and Comorbidities, were included in the study, along with appraently healthy controls. The levels of citrullinated histone H3 (H3cit; BlueGene Biotech), myeloperoxidase (MPO; FineTest), and cell-free extracellular DNA (cfDNA; FineTestin serum), which are markers of NETs, were assessed in serum samples by ELISAs.
